Our Junior program for those aged 7 to 14 has been specifically designed for this age group.

It continues on from our Lil Dragon program, focusing on important life skills and enjoyment in their training, in a safe and fun environment.
Children are taught to have respect, honesty and discipline, and classes encourage development of self-esteem and confidence.
Students are graded individually every quarter, and will progress through a coloured belt grading system.

This helps reward perseverance and boost confidence.

    Juniors BJJ follows on the Junior Martial Arts, our students will focus on the skills and movements of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which helps our students with body movements, mobility, and basic grappling skills.

    Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is one of the fastest growing sports in the world. Commonly refereed to as human chess, it is combines an amazing workout, with incredible self-defense skills. When technique meets strategy a BJJ battle becomes effortless

    Training consists of a warm-up (strength, conditioning and flexibility) followed by learning new techniques and finally fun competition


    You will learn basic take-downs, submissions, sweeps and self defence.


    You will learn more advanced attack and how to chain them into combinations.


    You will learn advanced tournament techniques, counters and multiple combinations.
